Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine shrimp, street corn, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Divide the shrimp and corn mixture among pieces of aluminum foil.
- Top each packet with shredded cheese.
- Fold the foil over to create closed packets.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through and cheese is melted.
- Open the packets carefully and serve immediately.
