- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup mushroom gravy
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In another bowl, mix beef broth and mushroom gravy; pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes.
- Serve meatballs with gravy over rice or mashed potatoes and garnish with chopped parsley.
