Description

Tender meatballs in a rich mushroom gravy, perfect for easy weeknight meals.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup mushroom gravy
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
  2. Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
  3. In another bowl, mix beef broth and mushroom gravy; pour over meatballs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes.
  5. Serve meatballs with gravy over rice or mashed potatoes and garnish with chopped parsley.
