Description

A delicious and flavorful dish combining sweet grilled corn with savory turkey bacon and zesty paprika seasoning, perfect for summer barbecues.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears corn on the cob
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Brush the mixture over the corn on the cob.
  4. Wrap each corn cob with a slice of turkey bacon.
  5. Place the wrapped corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and the bacon is crispy.
  6. Remove from the grill and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the corn in the olive oil and paprika mixture for a few hours before grilling. Adjust the spice level by adding more paprika or chili powder if desired.
