Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1 to 1.5-inch pieces
- 2 cans (20–24 oz each) condensed beef stew with potatoes and carrots
- 12 oz wide egg noodles, dry
Instructions
- Add the beef stew meat and pour in the condensed beef stew into the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the beef is tender.
- Cook the wide egg noodles according to package instructions, about 30 minutes before serving.
- Drain the noodles and add them to the slow cooker, stirring gently to mix.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
For added flavor, brown the steak in a skillet before adding it to the slow cooker. You can mix in other vegetables for more nutrition.
