Description

A comforting slow cooker meal that combines hearty beef with tender noodles, perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1 to 1.5-inch pieces
  • 2 cans (20–24 oz each) condensed beef stew with potatoes and carrots
  • 12 oz wide egg noodles, dry

Instructions

  1. Add the beef stew meat and pour in the condensed beef stew into the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the beef is tender.
  3. Cook the wide egg noodles according to package instructions, about 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Drain the noodles and add them to the slow cooker, stirring gently to mix.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, brown the steak in a skillet before adding it to the slow cooker. You can mix in other vegetables for more nutrition.
