Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes (with juices) and heavy cream; bring to a simmer.
