- 4 cups peeled and chopped peaches
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package pectin (1.75 oz)
- 5 cups sugar (adjust to preference)
Instructions
- Combine the chopped peaches and lemon juice in a large pot.
- Add the pectin and stir until dissolved.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Once boiling, stir in the sugar and bring back to a rolling boil for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, pour into sterilized jars, and seal.
- Allow to cool completely before storing in the refrigerator or pantry.
