Description

A delightful layered dessert that captures the classic flavors of a banana split without the need for baking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 1/4 cups butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream

  • Maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed graham crackers, softened butter, and powdered sugar to make the crust. Press it into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  2. Layer the sliced bananas over the crust.
  3. Spread crushed pineapple over the bananas.
  4. Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the pineapple.
  5. Spread whipped cream over the fruit layers.
  6. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top and finish with maraschino cherries.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for the best flavor. Consider adding chopped nuts or other fruits for extra layers.
