Instructions
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Season the zucchini slices with salt and pepper, then skewer them onto the skewers.
- Brush the garlic butter sauce generously over the zucchini skewers.
