Instructions
- Bake and cool the cake, or use a cooled store-bought cake. Allow to cool for 1 hour.
- Crumble the cake into a large bowl and mix in the binder until it holds together.
- Portion and shape the mixture into balls, then chill for 30-60 minutes.
- Insert lollipop sticks into the chilled cake balls and dip into the melted coating.
- Decorate while the coating is still wet and allow to set for 20-30 minutes.
