- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/2 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon dried lavender
- 1–2 tablespoons sweetener (like honey or maple syrup)
- Ice (optional)
Instructions
- Combine oat milk, fresh blueberries, dried lavender, and sweetener in a small saucepan. Heat over medium until warm, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let steep for about 5 minutes.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the blueberries and lavender.
- Brew the espresso or strong coffee.
- Combine the strained blueberry lavender oat milk with the espresso in a glass. Stir well.
- Serve hot or over ice for a refreshing drink.
Notes
For an extra touch, garnish with more blueberries or a sprinkle of dried lavender. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to two days.
