Description

A calming drink combining the sweet and floral notes of lavender with the rich flavor of blueberries, perfect for a relaxing beverage.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender
  • 12 tablespoons sweetener (like honey or maple syrup)
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine oat milk, fresh blueberries, dried lavender, and sweetener in a small saucepan. Heat over medium until warm, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove from heat and let steep for about 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the blueberries and lavender.
  4. Brew the espresso or strong coffee.
  5. Combine the strained blueberry lavender oat milk with the espresso in a glass. Stir well.
  6. Serve hot or over ice for a refreshing drink.

Notes

For an extra touch, garnish with more blueberries or a sprinkle of dried lavender. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to two days.
