- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping the cabbage, slicing the avocado, and measuring out the seasonings.
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Season the fish with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side until flaky and fully cooked.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or grill for about 30 seconds on each side until soft.
- Assemble the tacos: Place a piece of fish on each tortilla, add shredded cabbage, avocado slices, and a drizzle of Sriracha lime sauce. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
