Ingredients

  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping the cabbage, slicing the avocado, and measuring out the seasonings.
  2. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Season the fish with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side until flaky and fully cooked.
  3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or grill for about 30 seconds on each side until soft.
