Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 6 small tortillas (for homemade tortilla bowls)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
