Description

A sweet and creamy dessert that’s both simple and elegant, perfect for gatherings or special treats at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups of white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 pre-made tart shell (9-inch)
  • Fresh berries for garnish (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir until smooth and let cool slightly.
  2. Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream gently until fully combined.
  4. Pour the mousse into the prepared tart shell and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until set.
  6. Garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves if desired before serving.

Notes

Ensure the white chocolate is properly melted to avoid clumps. Over-whipping the cream can make it grainy. Refrigeration is crucial for texture.
