- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/4 cup milk

- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk and vanilla extract.
- Fold in the crushed pineapple and chopped strawberries.
- Pour the cake batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Serve plain or dusted with powdered sugar. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
