- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread refried beans over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder evenly over the beans.
- Top with salsa and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and sliced black olives.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Leftover Taco Pizza can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in an oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
