A crowd-pleasing taco dip that’s easy to make and perfect for parties, game days, or any gathering.

- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Mix together the refried beans and taco seasoning until well combined. Spread the mixture in the bottom of a shallow serving dish.
- Combine the sour cream and half of the shredded cheese in another bowl. Spread this mixture on top of the bean layer.
- Layer the salsa, diced tomatoes, and remaining cheese on top.
- Sprinkle with sliced olives and chopped green onions.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce. Let the dip sit for a little while before serving to let the flavors meld.
