- 2 cups pretzels, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
- 2 packages (3 oz each) strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar in a medium bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8×8-inch pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- Mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the cooled pretzel crust.
- Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water in another bowl. Stir in sliced strawberries. Let cool slightly, then pour over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For a crunchier texture, adjust the amount of crushed pretzels. Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
