Description

A delicious and easy dessert that combines fresh strawberries, creamy pudding, and crunchy graham crackers, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box cheesecake flavored instant pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 box of graham crackers
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the cheesecake flavored pudding mix and milk until it thickens.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Layer graham crackers on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the pudding.
  6. Repeat the layers with more graham crackers, the remaining pudding mixture, and more strawberries.
  7. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to set.
  9. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top before serving.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor. You can modify the fruit used or add cream cheese for a stronger cheesecake taste.
