Description

A quick and easy marinade to enhance the flavor and tenderness of any cut of steak.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and oil in a bowl.
  2. Add your preferred seasonings to taste and mix well.
  3. Place your steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.
  4. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 12 hours for maximum flavor.
  5. Remove the steak from the marinade and cook to your desired doneness.

Notes

For added flavor, consider incorporating garlic or fresh herbs. Always discard any marinade that has touched raw meat unless cooked.
