- 4–5 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine sliced bananas and brown sugar in a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Mix flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking powder in another bowl.
- Stir in melted butter, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour the banana mixture into a greased baking dish, then pour the batter on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

Serve warm alone or with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce for an extra treat.
