Description

Delicious smoked beef ribs featuring rich, smoky flavors and tender meat, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 rack beef ribs (800 g–1 kg)
  • 2 tablespoons mustard or oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wood chips for smoking (e.g., hickory or mesquite)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. Rub the ribs with mustard or oil and then sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the ribs in the smoker and smoke for about 5-6 hours, adding wood chips as needed.
  5. Check for tenderness; the ribs are done when the meat pulls away from the bones.
  6. Remove from the smoker and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve with sides like coleslaw, baked beans, or corn on the cob. Experiment with different woods for unique flavors.
