- 1 rack beef ribs (800 g–1 kg)
- 2 tablespoons mustard or oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wood chips for smoking (e.g., hickory or mesquite)
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Rub the ribs with mustard or oil and then sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the ribs in the smoker and smoke for about 5-6 hours, adding wood chips as needed.
- Check for tenderness; the ribs are done when the meat pulls away from the bones.
- Remove from the smoker and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve with sides like coleslaw, baked beans, or corn on the cob. Experiment with different woods for unique flavors.
