- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Mix the ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and form into meatballs.
- Add the meatballs to the skillet and brown on all sides.
- Pour in chicken broth and add orzo. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, until orzo is cooked.
- Stir in heavy cream and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
