- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they turn pink. Remove shrimp from skillet.
- Add butter and garlic to the skillet, sauté until fragrant, then stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Combine the cooked shrimp, spinach, Parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
- Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with extra breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve warm for the best flavor.
