Description

A delicious dish that combines rich seafood flavors with spinach, perfect for special occasions or a cozy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they turn pink. Remove shrimp from skillet.
  3. Add butter and garlic to the skillet, sauté until fragrant, then stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Combine the cooked shrimp, spinach, Parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
  5. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with extra breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm for the best flavor.
