Delicious turkey meatballs infused with sage and cranberries, perfect for a quick family meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb / 500g Ground Turkey
- 2 tbsp Dried Cranberries, finely diced
- 1/2 cup / 35g Dried Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Fresh Sage, finely diced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley
- 1 medium Spring Onion, finely diced
- 1 Egg
- 1 clove of Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- Zest of 1/2 a small Clementine (or Orange)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by dicing herbs, spring onion, and cranberries.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients including ground turkey, breadcrumbs, sage, parsley, spring onion, egg, garlic, cranberries, olive oil, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and zest.
- Form even portions into bite-sized meatballs.
- To bake: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes on a lined tray.
- To fry: Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook meatballs for 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Check doneness with a meat thermometer (should read 165°F or 75°C).
Notes
These meatballs can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
