- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss strawberries with honey or powdered sugar and spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes until caramelized.
- Whisk together ricotta, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Toast bread until golden brown.
