Description

Creamy and savory roasted garlic butter that enhances any dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 whole head garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 100 g unsalted butter (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the top off the head of garlic to expose the cloves.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the garlic, wrap it in aluminum foil, and roast for about 30-35 minutes until soft.
  4. Once roasted, let it cool slightly, then squeeze the garlic cloves out of their skins into a bowl.
  5. Add the unsalted butter to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  6. Season with salt to taste and store in the fridge or use immediately.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. Experiment by adding herbs or spices for different flavors.
