- 1 whole head garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 100 g unsalted butter (room temperature)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the top off the head of garlic to expose the cloves.
- Drizzle olive oil over the garlic, wrap it in aluminum foil, and roast for about 30-35 minutes until soft.
- Once roasted, let it cool slightly, then squeeze the garlic cloves out of their skins into a bowl.
- Add the unsalted butter to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Season with salt to taste and store in the fridge or use immediately.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. Experiment by adding herbs or spices for different flavors.
