Description

A fun and delicious dessert that combines the classic crispy texture of Rice Krispies with rich creaminess of cheesecake, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/4 cup salted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
  3. Add the Rice Krispies and stir until well coated.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  5. Beat the cream cheese in a separate mixing bowl until smooth.
  6. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  7. Fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Rice Krispy crust and spread evenly.
  9. If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  11. Slice and serve cold.
