- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add the Rice Krispies and stir until well coated.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Beat the cream cheese in a separate mixing bowl until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Rice Krispy crust and spread evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve cold.
