Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup raspberry preserves
  • 2 jalapeños, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, raspberry preserves, diced jalapeños, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of each breast.
  4. If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
