- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup raspberry preserves
- 2 jalapeños, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the softened cream cheese, raspberry preserves, diced jalapeños, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of each breast.
- If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Serve warm and enjoy!
