Description

A delicious and quick pasta dish featuring shrimp sautéed in garlic butter, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, around 3-4 minutes.
  5. Toss in the cooked spaghetti and parsley; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
