- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink, around 3-4 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked spaghetti and parsley; season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Notes
Adjust the garlic and butter amount based on personal preference. For extra spice, add red pepper flakes.
