An incredibly simple and delicious dessert that combines the flavors of a classic pecan pie with the ease of a dump cake.

- 1 cup pecans
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a baking dish, layer the pecans evenly at the bottom.
- Sprinkle the yellow cake mix over the pecans.
- Pour the melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
- Bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an extra touch. Toasting pecans beforehand adds extra flavor.
