- Waffle cones
- 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- Fresh peaches, diced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine the diced peaches with sugar and cinnamon. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
- Beat the cream cheese until it is smooth. Mix in the melted white chocolate until well combined and creamy.
- Add the graham cracker crumbs to the cheesecake mixture and stir until it’s all mixed nicely.
- Fill the waffle cones with the cheesecake mixture, and then top them with the peach mixture.
- Serve immediately for the best texture, or refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
Notes
Best served fresh. Store the cheesecake mixture separately in an airtight container for up to three days. Fill the cones just before serving to keep them crisp.
