Description

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Beat the sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs together in another bowl until well combined. Mix in the vanilla extract and milk.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
  5. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  6. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and then roll in powdered sugar.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are set but still soft in the center.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
