Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar (e.g., red wine or balsamic)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, black olives, and feta cheese.
  3. Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
