This easy oven-baked chili mac casserole combines beef chili, macaroni, and cheddar cheese for a comforting meal perfect for busy nights.

- 4 cups beef chili (canned or leftover)
- 12 oz dry elbow macaroni
- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
- Combine the beef chili, cooked macaroni, and 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl; mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added richness, layer cream cheese or sour cream before baking. You can also mix in cooked vegetables for more flavor.
