Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers (or chocolate cookies)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (for rolling)
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate (for coating, optional)
  • Chopped nuts or sprinkles (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Nutella, crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, mini chocolate chips (if using), and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up the mixture, making it easier to roll into balls.
  3. Once chilled, use a small cookie scoop or your hands to form the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  4. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder until fully coated. Alternatively, you can dip them in melted chocolate for a richer flavor. If using melted chocolate, place the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet to set.
  5. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts or colorful sprinkles on top of the melted chocolate before it hardens.
  6. Place the coated truffles in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to set the chocolate.
