Description

A delightful no-bake cheesecake with creamy goodness and fresh strawberries, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth in a large bowl.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  4. Fold in the sliced strawberries.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  7. Serve chilled, topped with extra sliced strawberries or a drizzle of chocolate.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature to avoid lumps. Consider blending strawberries into a sauce for drizzling.
