Description

Refreshing and easy-to-make no bake orange creamsicle bars, perfect for warm weather gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until soft peaks form.
  4. Mix together the sweetened condensed milk, orange juice, orange zest, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar in a separate bowl until smooth.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the orange mixture until well combined.
  6. Pour the orange filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  8. Cut into bars and serve chilled.

Notes

These bars can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
