- 1 package of Funfetti cake mix
- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Layer the bottom of a rectangular dish with a layer of Oreo cookies.
- Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the cookies.
- Sprinkle some Funfetti cake mix evenly over the cream.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Decorate with sprinkles.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight before serving.
Notes
For the best whipped cream results, use cold heavy cream and a chilled bowl. You can add cream cheese to the whipped cream for more flavor.
