Description

A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake that’s easy to prepare and customizable with various toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until well blended. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  6. Serve with your favorite toppings if desired.

Notes

Store any leftover cheesecake in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
