Description
A delightful New England Style Crab Boil perfect for gatherings, featuring sweet crab, potatoes, corn, and a hint of Old Bay seasoning.
Ingredients

- 2–3 lbs of crab (blue crabs or other varieties)
- 1 lb of small potatoes (such as new potatoes or fingerlings)
- 1 lb of sweet corn (cut into halves or thirds)
- 1–2 links of Andouille sausage (optional)
- 1–2 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning (or to taste)
- 4–6 cups of water
- Salt (to taste)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
- Melted butter (for dipping)
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and add salt and Old Bay seasoning.
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add the potatoes and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until they are tender.
- If using sausage, add it now and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add the corn and crab to the pot.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the crab is heated through.
- Drain the mixture and serve immediately with lemon wedges and melted butter.
Notes
Adjust the spice level by adding more or less Old Bay seasoning. Consider adding your favorite seafood or vegetables for customization.
