- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
- Prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper.
- Spread the coconut mixture evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or using a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the coconut layer and spread evenly.
- Place the dish in the refrigerator to set for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use a mixture of dark and milk chocolate chips. Press the coconut mixture firmly into the dish for uniform bars.
