Description

A creamy, refreshing Mexican Ice Cream that’s easy to make at home.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  3. Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
  4. Serve in bowls or cones, adding toppings as desired.
