- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
- Serve in bowls or cones, adding toppings as desired.

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2-3 weeks.
