- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, seasoned
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs, seasoned
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and lay out three dredging stations: flour, egg wash, and Panko.
- Pound chicken to about 1/2 inch thickness.
- Dredge chicken in flour, then dip in the egg wash, followed by coating with Panko.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry each piece for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Top each chicken piece with ham and cheese, cover the pan to melt the cheese for 1-2 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon, yellow mustard, honey, and spices for the sauce.
- Serve immediately with sauce on the side or drizzled over the top.
Notes
For best results, avoid overcrowding the pan while frying. Use a thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked to 165°F.
