- 300 ml heavy cream
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Combine the mascarpone cheese in another bowl and mix until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
- Dip each ladyfinger quickly into coffee or milk and layer them in a rectangular dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, consider using flavored coffee or a splash of liqueur for soaking the ladyfingers. Top with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings for a finishing touch.
