Description

A simple and delicious Italian dessert made with layers of ladyfinger cookies, mascarpone cheese, and whipped cream, perfect for warm weather.


Ingredients

  • 400 grams ladyfinger cookies
  • 500 grams mascarpone cheese
  • 300 ml heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Combine the mascarpone cheese in another bowl and mix until smooth.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger quickly into coffee or milk and layer them in a rectangular dish.
  5. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
