Description

A delicious and healthy snack that combines the sweetness of dried fruits with rich dark chocolate.


Ingredients

  • Dried fruit (such as apricots, dates, or figs)
  • Dark chocolate
  • Nuts (optional)
  • Coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the dried fruits in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Spread the fruit puree onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
  4. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the fruit layer.
  5. If using, sprinkle nuts and coconut flakes on top.
  6. Freeze the mixture until firm, about 60-120 minutes.
