Description

A delicious and creamy dip with taco flavors, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the ground meat, diced tomatoes, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture into a baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and olives, if using.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with green onions before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, use real shredded cheese instead of pre-shredded. You can prepare the dip a day before and bake it when ready.
