- 2 cups crispy brown rice cereal
- 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir in the nut butter until well combined.
- Add the crispy brown rice cereal and mix until the cereal is well coated.
- Press the mixture into a lined 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Once firm, cut into bars and enjoy!
