Description

A delightful treat combining crispy brown rice cereal with creamy nut butter and sweeteners, perfect for snacks or desserts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups crispy brown rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir in the nut butter until well combined.
  3. Add the crispy brown rice cereal and mix until the cereal is well coated.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined 9×9 inch baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Once firm, cut into bars and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for two weeks.
