Ingredients

- 500 g boneless chicken breast, cut into small cubes
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 medium potato, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chicken, chopped carrot, and potato. Season with salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small nuggets.
- Dip each nugget in beaten egg and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the nuggets until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
