Delicious homemade chicken nuggets made with fresh vegetables for a healthier alternative.


Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless chicken breast, cut into small cubes
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium potato, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  2. Shape the mixture into small nuggets.
  3. Dip each nugget in beaten egg and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
