- 4 cups sliced peaches
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together the sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until well combined.
- Fold in the sliced peaches gently.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bars to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally topped with vanilla ice cream or powdered sugar. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days at room temperature or up to a week refrigerated.
