Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the seasoning mix evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon on the grill skin-side down.
- Grill for about 6-8 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 4-6 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Make sure your grill is hot enough to prevent sticking. Don’t overcook the salmon to avoid drying it out.
